Appellant R.W. McIntyre appeals from the trial courts grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee Lockheed Corporation (Lockheed) in his suit for workers compensation-related retaliatory discharge. In three points, McIntyre claims the trial court: (1) erred in granting summary judgment; and (2) abused its discretion in denying his motion for new trial. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
